Invertec brings to these markets not only a diverse line of processed fruit and vegetable products (dehydrated, frozen and concentrated) but a professional approach to the sales and marketing of these fruit and vegetable ingredients to the food manufacturing industry.

In 1937 Invertec was established and for the next fifty years the company was heavily involved in the metallurgy industry. In 1987 Invertec entered the food industry. Today Invertec is the world’s largest dehydrator of sweet red and green bell peppers and the second largest in the dehydration of apples. Fruit and vegetable juice concentrates also make up a significant portion of their business. In most of these businesses, Invertec is vertically integrated by providing a majority of its own fruits and vegetables grown exclusively for processing. This vertical integration allows Invertec substantial independence from outside influences which could otherwise restrict the availability of raw ingredients they need for processing. Invertec’s abundant fruit orchards and pepper fields are indeed major assets.
